If you are in an in-between — a winter, a shedding, a dissolution — we don't need to rush towards the next beginning.

There is medicine here.

We can listen to what is ending, what wants to be felt, what your body is asking for, and call your energy and power home before deciding what comes next.

So that when you do move, you move from more of yourself.

HOW I WORK
My work draws upon somatics, psychology, neuroscience, nervous system work, somatic sexology, embodied sexuality, feminine principles, ritual and more than twenty years of body-based practice in the realms of power, pleasure and potentiality.

One-off sessions are intuitive, experiential and shaped around what is present.

In longer containers, we work towards specific outcomes and the deeper changes you want to create in your life.

We may talk.
We may work with sensation, breath, movement, emotion, desire, dreams and imagery.

We may listen to the places your body has learned to hold back, override itself, disconnect or go numb.

There is no right way to arrive.

Come as you are.

Your body will lead.

Together, we listen for what is true, give space to what needs to move, and transmute what has become stuck into life energy, choice and power again.
