Wild Queen

You feel it, don't you?

That restless, hungry, almost dangerous energy that comes when you're about to shed a skin you've worn for too long

The way your soul rebels against another day of being who you were when you can feel who you're becoming clawing at your ribs from the inside.

Let's be honest, you've outgrown the roles, the masks,

the old ways of

seeking love, safety or belonging.

Your body knows.
Your heart knows.

Your soul is whispering: It's time.

In Wild Queen

We shed the old skins,

The outdated identities,

The inherited patterns.

We descend into the depths to reclaim who you are.

This

Is the Wild Queen's Path.

Most women are terrified of going 'wild'

Because they think it means losing control and destroying their lives.

But Wild Queen energy isn't uncontained chaos - it's your nervous system's higher intelligence finally being allowed to lead.

Your body knows what you've outgrown before your mind does. Wild Queen work teaches you to trust that knowing without burning down everything you've built.

This isn't about becoming reckless. It's about becoming so regulated in your authenticity that you can honour your evolution AND your relationships.

Wild Queen is Death medicine for women ready to stop shrinking back into patterns they've outgrown

What if everything you've been calling "falling apart" is actually your soul demanding you stop living a half-life?

WILD QUEEN is for the woman who knows she's outgrown her old existence but feels terrified to let it die. You sense that restless feeling isn't depression - it's your authentic self refusing to stay buried under patterns that once protected you but now suffocate your soul.

That's not breakdown. That's your power demanding resurrection.

"maybe the question isn't "how do I heal?"....
maybe its' "how do I become more alive
than I've ever dared to be?"
maybe the opposite of trauma
isn't healing.
maybe it's presence.
pleasure.
play.
permission."

{Christopher Sexton}

When you step onto this path, you step into remembrance of what you've always known beneath the layers of domestication:

Your body is the vessel of your wisdom.
Your desire is the compass of your truth.
Your pleasure is the gateway to your power.

This isn't about becoming someone new. This is about remembering who you've always been.

How would it feel to shed the armour you've been carrying,
to let that powerful energy rise
from beneath the weight
that holds it down,
to let yourself be free?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU INVITE LADY DEATH TO YOUR TABLE

Through honouring endings as holy instead of trying to skip straight to the new beginning.

Old wounds and past experiences that have compounded themselves in the body and nervous system
When given space for completion,
We feel more alive, more joyful
And like ourselves again.

This is why we need to invite Lady Death to sit beside our fire again and again - because otherwise we end up living inside of life but not fully alive.

Half-committed to our old identity, half-reaching toward our new one, completely exhausted by existing in the between.

Because here's what I've learned through my own journey from death's threshold back to wild aliveness:
You haven't failed - you've evolved. And evolution requires creating space for sacred completions so who your becoming can be born.

🖤 I'M NINA - YOUR GUIDE TO THE UNDERWORLD

I'm Nina Powell - with an MSc in Human Factors Psychology and seven years as a corporate psychology consultant, I understand how systems either support or suppress human thriving. But more than my academic background, I'm a fully qualified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Holistic Pelvic Care Practitioner, and Somatic Sex Coach and Educator.

I know how to work with the body's intelligence - from nervous system regulation to pelvic energetics to the somatic patterns that keep women trapped in old versions of themselves.

I've been fascinated by death since I could walk. I almost died as a baby, and part of me has always remembered that threshold between worlds.

For years, I lived at the edge - not metaphorically, but literally. I know the numbness that doesn't dance away. I know the "what's the fucking point" freeze when your soul feels buried alive.

But I also know how to choose life from death's sacred threshold. How to let the pretend version die so the authentic woman can finally breathe.

This is why evolved women seek me out. Not to fix themselves, but to midwife the death of who they were so they can birth who they're becoming.

WILD QUEEN isn't therapy. It's conscious death and rebirth medicine for women ready to stop apologising for their evolution.

I guide women through the somatic arts of completion and new beginnings - the kind your nervous system craves but your mind fears.

This medicine lives in my bones. I've been carrying it since before I had words for it - and this is my passion, guiding women through their own death-rebirth cycles.

Do you find yourself asking, "Is this the right choice?"

That question will have you spinning in knots for decades.

The one question that will set your most expansive potential free is:

"What makes me feel most alive?"
